Preparation
Combine the oats and water and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, add the apple, lemon juice and condensed milk. Serve sprinkled with the nuts.

- 3 tbsp water
- 1–2 apples, grated (including skin, core and pips)
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp nuts (almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts, or a combination), ground
